Senior Leaders                                              Elwyn and Helen Phillips have been senior leaders here at C3 for the past 14 years. They have two daughters, one son in law, two grandchildren and another one due this year. Elwyn has served the Assemblies of God in various roles including Regional Youth Director, Regional Administrator and National Missions Director covering the middle east and central Asia. Helen also served Assemblies of God as Womens Ministry Administrator and Regional Director. Elwyn and Helen travel throughout the world ministering the Grace and Power of Christ and helping to bring direction and structure to fellowships. 

Youth n Childrens Pastors          Ian and Elaine Warner are responsible for the oversight of all the Youth and Childrens ministry at C3. They are married with two teenagers, Ian works as a sales manager for a large multi national company. Elaine works as a teacher and training officer in child work development. 

 Youth Leaders                             Neil and Cayte are responsible for the 'hands on' ministry with our youth department. They are both local and are getting married at the end of 2008. Cayte is a Drama teacher and Neil is in retail management.
